The first participants have graduated from the (APM)-accredited Project Leadership Programme (PLP).

The first participants have graduated from Government’s Infrastructure and Project Authorities APM-accredited Project Leadership Programme (PLP). This is a major contribution to boosting the delivery profession across Government, intended to improve project delivery. The Project Academy, with its partners Cranfield University and PA Consulting, was selected by the Cabinet Office in 2015 to run the Project Leadership Programme (PLP) for Senior Civil Servants responsible for complex Government projects.  Please click here to read more.

Trends in Competency Management Report

Our recently released ‘2015 Report on Trends in Competency Management’ explores the correlation between competency management on corporate performance. The report presents research findings and the CCM Index we have subsequently developed to measure organisations against their sector peers and sector versus sector. Read more about CCM

Baker Mallett's Project Managers Raise the Standard

The Project Academy are pleased to have supported Baker Mallet, attain RPP for two of their project managers.  Support was provided via our RPP Fast-track programme, a 6 month programme providing key support and mentoring in the route to RPP.  The Project Academy are very proud to have supported around 200 people via our RPP support programmes. Please click here for more information.
