The Hogan assessments are globally recognised as one to the most powerful predictors of performance. (Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI) – The HPI describes the “bright side” of personality; the characteristics other people see when we are at our best. Assessing bright side personality provides critical understanding of how people perform and lead, as well as potential for success.
Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI) – The MVPI describes the “inside” of personality; the self that you know assists career decisions by identifying the values and motives that are most important to the individual and can define the job type, team climate or corporate culture in which they are most likely to flourish.
Hogan Development Survey (HDS) – The HDS assesses the “dark side” of personality; the characteristics that lie behind the social mask, that can “derail” opportunities for success. Assessing dark side characteristics means performance risks can be identified and addressed before they become an issue.
