Our founder is Paul Erricker. He established the early concept of The Project Academy in 2007, when he created Erricker and Associates Limited. A strong reputation developed through assignments that enhanced organisational capability in project management. Significant repeat business followed.
Paul’s strong links with the Association for Project Management then led to an invitation to become the APM’s Project Manager for the development and piloting of the new APM Registered Project Professional standard. This work acted as the trigger to take Erricker and Associates to a new level, becoming The Project Academy in 2010.
The development of our team has been based on two key factors:
- Demonstration by team members of a passion to follow our vision of “releasing potential to transform society”
- A proven track record of joint delivery of successful assignments, at times reaching back as far as 15 years.
Our growth has been rapid, but controlled. We now look forward to continued success by broadening our client base and making a significant impact on the ability of our clients to deliver successful projects, programmes and portfolios.
