This assessment has proved the most popular and value-adding elective across the UK Government’s Project Leadership Programme. Led by our accredited Advanced Practitioner, KAI identifies a person’s stable preferred cognitive style.

Hogan Suite of Assessments

Our team has formal accreditation to administer, interpret and provide feedback to individual leaders and their teams on the core three Hogan psychometrics.

DISC

The DISC Management Profile provides managers with information about how they can best manage other people. As well as detailed information about your management style, it also focuses on how you can direct and delegate others more effectively.
