I just attended the KAI course with Paul and I was very impressed. I find that ‘softer’ topics like that can be a bit ‘wishy washy’ and I’m a typical sceptic of them but Paul landed this one very well and I thought it was both engaging and informative throughout – its certainly made me think about how I’ll manage teams differently in the future. Top marks!
