With an existing portfolio of evidence regime in place, it was a key requirement that Shell PM staff were not required to fully rewrite their documents for the RPP assessment. Without any dilution of robustness of the APM’s normal RPP assessment standards, our team devised a scheme to enable Shell candidates to submit for RPP, with minimal rework.
Following a detailed competence mapping assignment, we were able to satisfy all stakeholder needs with the solution. Working directly for the APM in a project management capacity, our team successfully managed the pilot stage, including the design and delivery of bespoke training to a new RPP assessor pool. As a result, a new Shell cohort of candidates submits to the APM every quarter from across the globe.
