Our Academy Director, Paul Erricker, worked at Costain for many years, supporting the creation and roll-out of new PM processes. He supported the Costain Executive and PLC Boards discharge their corporate governance duties through independent project reviews, covering compliance with and effectiveness of PM processes.
Since setting up The Project Academy, Paul and his team have been selected by Costain to continue the PM capability journey. The Academy’s RPP Fast Track has enabled a competitive advantage in the market by having the highest number of professionally qualified PMs.
The Academy team has enabled Costain to design and mobilise the Costain Project Management Academy, which has gone on to win a leading industry award. As part of the Costain Academy, we have designed and implemented independent career and skills reviews, enabling senior management to identify the top PM talent in whom the greatest investments will be made.
