We have defined the core behaviours necessary for effective project and change leadership, aligned to the APM’s professional standards. The resulting behavioural framework is hosted within our self-service online system, enabling an individual to self assess and draw feedback from a multitude of contributors.
We host a bespoke 360-degree framework for the UK Government’s Project Leadership Programme, where over 250 senior project professional per year gain valuable feedback across multiple contributor groups.
The “entry” and “exit” 360 reviews demonstrate progress across the year-long programme. Our 360 review process links to the online Personal Development Planning module, to support implementation of identified development needs.
