In 2011, TfL issued a tender for creation of a new online competence assessment and evidence capture system, following the close of an existing 3-year agreement. With competition from a host of very established players, The Project Academy was delighted to be selected on a winning combination of a robust system, passionate team and a competitive price.
We went on to work with the TfL to drive out end user requirements, then design, test and launch the system within 5 months. We were able to host TfL’s own PPM competence framework and role profiles. Despite tough new specifications on data security, our team were able to transfer all historic competence data into our new system, allowing a seamless transition for end users. The contract has been on-going for 3 years, with no system downtime or data issues.
