The Project Academy was appointed to take the National Trust to another level of capability, building on past successes and enhancing project competency and consistency. Utilising the Academy’s unique PPM Capability Diagnostic, we engaged across National Trust’s community to understanding organisational and individual needs to drive higher performance.
Our insight across multiple clients and sectors then led to a bespoke solution which incorporates 1, 2 and 4-day training courses, a bespoke project sponsor competency framework, client and sponsor training. Our expertise in APM professional standards has enabled us to create a tailored solution for National Trust coupled with the reassurance of alignment to external international standards.
