Core services: Bespoke online competence and evidence management system to 3500 PM staff globally, including project management services and operational system support.
Shell has a global projects community of over 3500 staff, managing a portfolio of projects valued at some $40 billion per annum. The capability development of that community lies with the Shell Project Academy and includes a formal competence assessment at various management levels. Shell: Choose RPP as the benchmark for those required to manage complex projects
Core services: Project management and consultancy services to enable Shell to adopt APM’s RPP standard, including competence mapping, bespoke RPP assessment process, training of a new RPP assessor pool, management of the pilot project and support to the Shell Project Academy.
The Project Academy team has an exemplary track record of working with the APM and corporate
clients to adopt RPP. For the top two tiers of Shell’s PM community, RPP was proposed as the benchmark external accreditation for those required to manage complex projects. With an existing portfolio

TfL: Launch online competence assessment and evidence capture system for 1500 PM staff
Core services: Provision of a bespoke version of the Academy’s online competence assessment toolkit, including project management services and transfer of historic data.
Transport for London has a PPM community of over 1500 staff and contractors. Their capability to deliver the multi-billion capital programme has been enhanced by TfL’s Project Pyramid, established and initially managed by our own Operations Director, Lara Taylorson, when she worked at TfL as an employee.
